Our new construction work covers commercial office buildings, institutional facilities, industrial plants, retail developments, and multi-unit residential projects across the Greater Toronto Area. We coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural trades, submit RFIs and shop drawings on schedule, manage change orders transparently, and keep our installations ahead of the critical path.
We handle ESA permit applications and inspection coordination directly, and work with Alectra and Hydro One on service entrance requirements and utility connections. Project documentation — as-builts, panel schedules, test reports, and closeout packages — is delivered complete and on time.
