We coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural trades, submit RFIs and shop drawings on schedule, manage change orders transparently, and keep our installations ahead of the critical path.
We handle ESA permit applications and inspection coordination directly, and work with Alectra and Hydro One on service entrance requirements and utility connections. Project documentation — as-builts, panel schedules, test reports, and closeout packages — is delivered complete and on time.

Conduit and wiring for fire alarm systems, coordinated with the fire alarm contractor and authority.
Mechanical Equipment Power
Dedicated power feeds and disconnects for HVAC units, pumps, fans, RTUs, and building systems.
Communication & Data Conduit
Conduit pathways and backboxes for voice, data, security, and low-voltage systems.
Emergency Power & Generator Connections
Generator connections, transfer switches, emergency distribution, and life safety circuits.
Service Entrance & Utility Coordination
Service entrance design, utility coordination with Alectra and Hydro One, metering, and main disconnects.
How We Work on New Construction
1. Tender & Estimating
We review drawings and specifications, prepare detailed take-offs, and submit competitive pricing. Our estimates break down by division and phase so GCs can plan accurately.
2. Pre-Construction
Before ground breaks, we finalize shop drawings, confirm panel schedules, coordinate with other trades, and submit ESA permit applications. We identify potential conflicts early to keep your schedule clean.
3. Rough-In
We install conduit, boxes, panels, feeders, and branch wiring on schedule. We coordinate with mechanical and structural trades daily and keep our work ahead of drywall and ceiling closures.
4. Trim & Finish
Devices, fixtures, cover plates, and final connections are installed to spec. We test every circuit, label every panel, and prepare for ESA inspection.
5. Commissioning & Turnover
We walk every floor, verify every system, complete ESA inspections, and deliver the closeout package — as-builts, test reports, panel directories, and warranty documentation.
